  • To exchange currency, you will need a passport or another valid identification document. For transactions exceeding the legally established limit, identity verification may be required in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • You can lock in the current exchange rate by clicking the “Reserve Exchange Rate” button in the exchange rate table or currency calculator. Once your request is confirmed, the exchange office staff will complete the transaction at the reserved rate.

  • We exchange all major world currencies, including the US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Swiss Franc (CHF), Polish Złoty (PLN), and others. Please check with your local branch for the current list of available currencies.

  • At present, you need to visit the exchange office in person to complete the transaction. However, you can reserve the exchange rate online in advance to secure a favorable rate before your visit.

  • Current exchange rates for your city are displayed on the homepage after you select your location. Rates are updated in real time and may vary depending on the branch.
